Our Culture

We care about each other by authentically communicating and putting people first. We believe in creating opportunities for anyone to step up and lead—such as our Diversity Leadership Circle, which sets ambitious goals and priorities around diversity, equity, and inclusion for the organization. We love to learn, either from guest speakers (like Yvon Chouinard, Chief Philosophy Officer at Patagonia), in workshops (our last one was with the American Ballet Institute!), or from each other (bread-baking, new coding languages, book-binding, etc.) And, we have fun together in all sorts of ways—from karaoke or camping with the team, to happy hours around the city.
