in love with yellow, colours and giraffes

Marlene’s CreativeMornings activity
New ideas are born here every single day. And it makes me think about what I was talking about before: The idea that you have to make your idea. You have to do your homework. You have to fashion that idea. But then you have to hold on to it. You actually have to grip on to your idea and make sure that as you are changing it and evolving it, you’re also nurturing it. And making sure that it all come forward you need to care for it. And you need to acknowledge the fact that the world is gonna work on you. That it is gonna make it hard for you to bring it forward. You need to listen and to improve. And you need to not give up when you have that idea. Because at the end of the day, once you have that idea and release it, it will go in the most amazing places you never expected.
Suddenly it’s really shocking because how people are using this is totally, totally unexpected. […] It becomes this platform for people to express their own ideas and to have their own insights. And that’s the amazing part: the way in which it becomes social and performative.
Let’s do a little experiment: Confetti Cannon 🎉🎉🎉
Fun experiences need to be designed. And your users need to be guided through them

Paula Scher Ephemeral or Indelible?
If you take chances - one of the things I've learned is that you've got to give chances! It does work like that. You have to take some and then give some.
I erased the entire list [of tasks]. I just don't know if these things are the most important things to work on anymore. And, if they are important, they'll come back.
If you find love in what you're doing - it's bunnys that are procreating. Hearts everywhere. Love, love, love, love, love. And the hearts are not just hearts. They are rainbow hearts. They are glittering. They are popping. Confetti comes out. You're showered in the shit. It's amazing.
