My mother used to call it being a "Jack of All Trades", I call it a never ending desire to learn. That's my personal and professional experience and goals in a nutshell. Learn. Every life experience is an opportunity to learn, to grow.
I've been an IT Director, Creative Director, Front-End Developer, Web Designer, Video Editor, Product Photographer, Sponsorship Coordinator, Professional Musician, Social Media Specialist, Graphic Designer, R&D Tester, etc.
If you have a position or project that requires all of that, I am ABSOLUTELY the right guy. Got one that touches on just a couple, I'm probably still the right guy for the job
A variety of subjects related to creative pursuits. I mean just look at my bio, it's kind of absurd what I've done professionally, and that's hardly a comprehensive list. I do prefer Front End Development to other disciplines, but I'm hardly limited to it.
Everyone can learn new things. The challenge can be in knowing what you don't know. As a result, I'm always open to learning new things, I could probably use help identifying what those might be.
Assume that the person you are listening to might know something you don't
Well, I was a professional Musician before I had kids... Maybe that ;) All joking aside, I don't really have one, web development is my passion.
Obscure facts. I have an odd ability to remember absolutely useless facts... For example, I know that a Possum has 50 teeth. Why would I ever need to know that?
The Socratic Method.
I find myself using this one a lot in response to social media posts: https://media.tenor.com/images/acba294eb01426019ff8885817e458ec/tenor.gif
