Alan Graham has built a homeless community fit for kings.
The mustard seed of Alan Graham’s idea was to purchase a single gently-used RV and move a single homeless person into a privately owned RV park.
Then he did it again. And again. And eventually, Alan built an RV park dedicated to the chronically homeless, complete with an organic urban farm, market, and 500-seat amphitheater.
Alan is a master storyteller, and is inspirational not just because of what he does, but because of the inspiration he sees in others. He gave this talk both to our regular CreativeMornings/Austin community and over 200 organizers from around the world who were in town for the biennial Summit.
