About the speaker

My journey in cake decorating started ten years ago when I was baking at home for families and friends. Named after my nephew, I started Dear Harley and decided to pursue a meaning and fulfilling career through the medium of designer cakes and desserts. We hosted Asia's first illusion cake exhibition at K11 Musea, spreading my love for cake art in Hong Kong. Dear Harley is now a well established brand offering not only luxurious custom and illusion cakes, but also regular baking Masterclasses and events in our premium baking studio.
