You don’t have to pick a lane — you just have to know where you’re going.

In this talk, Amanda shares a candid and inspiring look at navigating life’s crossroads — personal, professional, and collective. Drawing on her own experiences with career pivots, fertility challenges, family estrangement, and creative reinvention, she offers a practical framework for identifying your goals, building a plan, and finding the courage to take action — or to surrender when needed. With humor, honesty, and hard-won wisdom, Amanda reminds us that the path forward isn’t always clear, but it can always be forged.
