About the speaker
Amira El-Gawly is an Egyptian-American cultural architect and corporate therapist connecting the worlds of business, community and creativity. A multi-hyphenate connoisseur of all things good and beautiful, she seeks to reveal the beauty and potential in every human, business and space.
As founder of Manifesta and St. Plant, and co-creator of theTwelve, Amira designs environments and experiences that enable people to grow, build powerful relationships, and do their best work. She has become a trusted advisor to dozens of CEOs, nonprofit leaders, entrepreneurs and community visionaries. Some even call her the executive whisperer.
Amira is an advocate for love, purposeful living, nature and all humans. She holds degrees from Georgetown University and The American University in Cairo. This event will be hosted in the Skylight Pavillion at The REACH at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Parking is available on-site for a fee. The closest metro stop is Foggy Bottom on the blue/orange/silver line and is an approx. 8 min walk from The REACH.
