Amna Shah

Amna Shah is the Founder and CEO of AHS Consulting, Inc., established in 2014 and recognized as one of the leading international freight and logistics consultancies. With a strong background in consulting, financial management, and global logistics, she brings nearly two decades of industry expertise to her work. AHS Consulting has supported clients across retail, services, and freight forwarding, with specialized consulting for CargoWise, drawing on Amna’s hands-on experience with WiseTech Global platforms since 2006.

Before launching her firm, Amna held senior leadership roles in freight forwarding and finance, including serving as the youngest female Pakistani CFO in North America. She notably left a six-figure controller position to pursue entrepreneurship.

An immigrant who moved to the United States at age 16, Amna worked full time while completing her education. Since relocating to Chattanooga in 2013, she has remained deeply committed to giving back—supporting education initiatives for underprivileged children globally and for refugee communities in the U.S. Through her work, Amna champions innovation, resilience, and community-driven leadership.
