About the speaker
Andy Cahill is a leadership development expert who works with purpose-driven executives and entrepreneurs. His coaching and facilitation help leaders foster bold and adaptive cultures so that they can retain top talent, innovate at scale, and make a difference in the world. He has provided leadership coaching to over five hundred VP+ executives around the world. He has also designed and stewarded several multi-million-dollar, multi-year, global leadership development programs, with client satisfaction scores regularly exceeding 90%.
Past and current clients include Microsoft, Marriott International, Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Patagonia, lululemon athletica, Brigham and Women's Hospital, The Obama Foundation, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a variety of A-to-D series funded startups in the tech and social impact sectors.
Andy earned his master’s degree in leadership from the Harvard Graduate School of Education where he focused his studies on Adaptive Leadership. He is a professionally certified coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Foundation, and he is also a Level 2 certified Internal Family Systems practitioner. He has been practicing meditation and mindful movement since 2007, and he is a certified mindfulness instructor through the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. His coaching weaves together ancient wisdom and modern psychology, and his approach emphasizes patience, self-compassion, and a commitment to personal growth.
In addition to his coaching and facilitation, he is the host of Wonder Dome, a podcast with a global listenership that explores the intersections of philosophy, psychology, science, and spirituality in the face of collective economic, political, & ecological challenges. He is also a musician & author under the pseudonym Anders Cahill. His music explores life & death with lyrical sensitivity and harmonic richness. And his critically acclaimed science-fiction novel Gradient brings a mythic frame to the interplay of human and artificial intelligence, surfacing themes of leadership, cultural adaptation, identity formation, technological innovation, and collective resilience in the face of loss.
