Angie invited us to get Soft - to meet ourselves with curiosity, compassion, and pleasure - and gave us tangible ways to bring that softness into everyday life.

In her talk on Soft, Self-Intimacy and Sex Coach Angie Enger guided us to explore softness as a practice of self-connection and empowerment. She shared tangible ways she weaves softness into her daily life — from how she speaks to herself to how she relates to others — and invited us to do the same through a grounding, embodied exercise. The session was a reminder that softness isn’t a weakness, but a pathway to deeper presence, pleasure, and even resistance.
