“Learning how to nurture our creative selves is non-negotiable.”

Full of compassion and spirit, author Bethany Hegedus defines what it takes to shift perspective from surviving in life to thriving. With a challenge to redefine for ourselves what it means to be creative, she shows us how to set limits and ask for what we want as an act of self-care, not selfishness.
