About the speaker
Blake spends most of her time at her private practice in town processing trauma, learning how to feel those feelings, and live with integrity and kindness.
Out of this work emerged a desire to study some of the most foundational and pivotal relationships that hardly get any time in the spotlight: our friendships. Study after study says that the best indicator of a life well lived are strong social connections. Yet we have so few resources on what it means to be a good friend to ourselves and others. Blake is on a mission to change that.
Good friendships don’t happen overnight and to have those long lasting ones that stand the test of time - that takes effort. She's here to offer resources, research, and gentle advice on how to navigate those sometimes tricky friendship dynamics so you can have a full and rich friendships.
