Brianna Borin-Lygizos is the SVP of People at Snooze ~ an AM Eatery in Denver. From slinging pancakes to culture crafting, helping build a breakfast eatery with 48 national locations to showing up for others everyday, she is constantly creating places to let people shine. In this talk, Brianna shares her experience and insights on how matriarchy can help us build a more equal world.

Brianna started with Snooze as a Hospitality Management Intern in early 2008, tied to her Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management degree from the University of Denver. 13 years and 4 months later, Bri has grown to serve in the role of SVP of People.

At one point in her duties as Regional Operations Manager, she described her role being, “to inspire, lead, encourage, engage and educate the people within 6 Snooze restaurants here in CO. To create an incredible experience for our guests and to make Snooze the company we want it to be! Play with food and take care of people. That is simply it!”
