February’s global theme is CAMINO!

“Camino (pronounced Kah-Mee-Noh) is a Spanish word meaning path or way. You don’t have to know exactly where your path leads, just trust that you’ll learn what you need along the way.”

This month’s event is a little different to our usual layout. Instead of one guest speaker, we’re opening up the mic to our community! You can nominate yourself to have a brief turn on the mic to share your ‘path’ with us - where you began, where you are now + where people can see more of your journey!

Whether you’re a seasoned creative, or just starting out, let’s share the paths we’ve walked along with each other. Please email us to be added to the speaker list for Feb’s event!

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• 8:30am: Doors open! We’ll welcome you in, check your name off the list, invite you to grab a free coffee, a breakfast bite and fill out a fun, thought-provoking name tag.

Arriving from 8:30am means you’ll be able to soak up the coffee, the brekky and the community of brilliant creatives - what CreativeMornings is all about!

• 9:00am: Your host will jump on the mic + get things rolling! Coffee wraps up, so be sure to order one before 9am.

We’ll invite those who registered to speak up one at a time, and then open to the mic up to spontaneous speakers!

No Q+A this week, but we encourage you to connect + chat further with those who shared their paths with us!

• 10:00am: Bye! You’ll leave fuelled with inspiration, connections and coffee!

THE VENUE:

The ForeFront is in Hamilton, with plenty of free, close-by parking. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the ferry terminal and a 20-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. The venue has a ramp entrance and internal lift, and you can always contact your CM Host if you’d like to reserve front or ground-row accessible seating.

CreativeMornings is free to attend, open to all + run by volunteers who are passionate about connection.
