About the speaker
Chuck Landvatter was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. He holds a BS in Interpersonal Communications from the University of Utah (2008), and an MFA in Drawing & Painting from Utah State University (2013). He has taught art and design for over a decade at several universities across the state and country.
Chuck’s work comments on changing perceptions in a digitally social landscape, is informed by his experience growing up in the Intermountain West, and is executed with a hybrid approach involving traditional techniques, contemporary design, concept, illustration, and graffiti aesthetic.
