What are Clubs?
CreativeMorning Clubs are community-led, hyper-local, intimate gatherings around something you love.
Clubs can be recurring or drop-in and can range from hobbies and hang-outs, to skill-building and anything in between.

About this Club
Our creativity requires connection. Connection to self, to other and to the world around us. The Connect + Create Nature club is a space designed to help you get back in touch with your creative center by immersing yourself in nature. We will explore a different modality each month in combination with a slow, intentional hike meant to clear the clutter in your brain and help you settle back into your soul.
Being a creative can often feel lonely and disconnected. Our meet ups will offer a chance to connect with others in an authentic and meaningful way while soaking in the healing powers of the natural world. Our time together will be tech free and will include everything from a simple hike and talking to the trees, to watercoloring in the woods.
JUNE: This month we will explore our creativity and play through drawing. We will begin with a 15 minute meet and greet near the parking lot as everyone arrives. At 5:30 we will move into the park for a short grounding practice that will invite you to slow down, check back in with yourself and set the stage for a meaningful evening together. We will enjoy a 2-3 mile hike around the park after which we will find a comfortable spot to sit down and draw. No skill required! This is meant to be a fun, playful activity done in community with nature as the inspiration. Stick figures and scribbles strongly encouraged. Pencils, crayons, markers and paper will be provided, but feel free to bring any other supplies you may want.
**Blankets will be provided to sit on, however you may bring a chair if that is preferred.
**Dogs are welcome but must be leashed. You agree to take full responsibility for clean up, safety and care of your pet during this experience. Please only bring dogs that are safe and comfortable in a group setting.
**Please plan to bring your own water and any other snacks or supplies as needed. A backpack will be available to carry these items for you.
ABOUT YOUR HOST: As the founder of Happy People Hike, I am passionate about the connection between us and the natural world. I’m on mission to bring the human back to human-ing.
Through retreats and workshops, I’ve seen the magic that can happen when you bring people together outdoors and allow the space for everyone to reconnect with parts of themselves that have been lost in the noise of the modern world.
