What are Clubs?
CreativeMorning Clubs are community-led, hyper-local, intimate gatherings around something you love.
Clubs can be recurring or drop-in and can range from hobbies and hang-outs, to skill-building and anything in between.

About this Club
Our creativity requires connection. Connection to self, to other and to the world around us. The Connect + Create Nature club is a space designed to help you get back in touch with your creative center by immersing yourself in nature. We will explore a different modality each month in combination with a slow, intentional hike meant to clear the clutter in your brain and help you settle back into your soul.
Being a creative can often feel lonely and disconnected. Our meet ups will offer a chance to connect with others in an authentic and meaningful way while soaking in the healing powers of the natural world. Our time together will be tech free and will include everything from a simple hike and talking to the trees, to watercoloring in the woods.
AUGUST: This month we will explore our connection to nature and others. We will begin with a 15 minute meet and greet near the parking lot as everyone arrives. At 5:30 we will move into the park for a short grounding practice that will invite you to slow down, check back in with yourself and set the stage for a meaningful evening together. We will enjoy a 4 mile hike during which we will be gathering photos and items that catch our eye. This is practice in noticing things we generally walk past and paying attention to what draws us in. After the hike, we’ll engage in a conversation about what we found and why we felt called to it. The conversation is a way to connect with others and gain insight into how our different points of view shape what we see and experience even when we are in the same place doing the same activity as another person.
**Dogs are welcome but must be leashed. You agree to take full responsibility for clean up, safety and care of your pet during this experience. Please only bring dogs that are safe and comfortable in a group setting.
**Please plan to bring your own water and any other snacks or supplies as needed. A backpack will be available to carry these items for you.
ABOUT YOUR HOST: As the founder of Happy People Hike, I am passionate about the connection between us and the natural world. I’m on mission to bring the human back to human-ing.
Through retreats and workshops, I’ve seen the magic that can happen when you bring people together outdoors and allow the space for everyone to reconnect with parts of themselves that have been lost in the noise of the modern world.
