About the speaker
Pavel worked as a program director at the Pontis Foundation, which also supported programs to address poverty. He co-founded Roma Scouting. Together with Olga and Hela, he founded the Cesta von NGO. He strategically develops the organization in the spirit of its vision, mission and values, ensuring external communication with the media and key partners.
