About the speaker
Founded by a diverse group of professionals with experience spanning three continents and backgrounds in design, photography, writing, architecture, and creative consultancy, Versatile was born from a shared desire to create a dedicated workspace that fosters collaboration, connection, and innovation—an adaptable environment thoughtfully designed to meet the evolving needs of today’s creative professionals and companies. Situated in a 15th-century palazzo in the heart of San Lio, just minutes from the Rialto Bridge, Versatile offers an inspiring environment that seamlessly integrates contemporary work culture with the historic charm of Venice. “Versatile started as a series of fortunate encounters between like-minded individuals,” says co-founder Camilla Glorioso. “After the pandemic, Venice saw an influx of professionals looking to establish themselves here, but there was a lack of dedicated spaces for work and networking. What began as a personal need quickly evolved into a broader vision: to create a space where professionals could not only work but also connect, collaborate, and shape new ideas.”

For December’s theme of INNOVATION, CreativeMornings Venice will be hosted by Versatile, Venice’s first work club. Versatile is a place for professionals and companies seeking a dynamic environment for focused work, meetings and gatherings, as well as a space for private events, exhibitions and everything in between. Camilla Glorioso, co-founder, will share hers and her team's inspiring story of launching a coworking space in a city where local workers are often overshadowed by tourism, and some insights in how they transformed themselves from freelance creatives into successful managers.
