Why do we need laws? How does a day without laws looks like?

By learning and understanding the law system, the breaking of the law can be prevented, especially among the youth. This is one of the reasons why Cristi has dedicated his time and is so passionate about judicial education. He is one of the few Romanian judges who is very active online (actually being the first judge in Romania with a blog) and considers that his online presence is as important as being in courtroom. He helped build an online platform (educatiejuridica.ro) - where besides basic information about the judicial system and justice in general you can also explore virtual tours of actual courtrooms from Cluj, he hosts visiting tours for highschool students in the courtroom where they can also simulate a trial, and even organises camps for children and teachers (who are interested to teach basic knowledge on justice and the judicial system). Through this talk Cristi has also challenged the audience to think about why do we need laws or how does a day without laws looks like, and more importantly why justice is important and why we should understand the laws to also protect ourselves from those who use them against our freedoms and wellbeing.
