Chisom Udeze is a three times Founder, Economist, and Business Strategist, working tirelessly to create space for people across personal, professional, and societal structures.

She is the founder of Diversify, working as a Cultural Innovator and Inclusion Strategist to create a truly inclusive culture and environment in workplaces worldwide. In 2020 (mid-pandemic), Chisom also founded HerSpace, a community supporting women and women-led companies to start their businesses and promote their projects while caring for their children.

Chisom is a thought leader within Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging. She is a passionate advocate for mental health and wellness, building strong and resilient communities by supporting personal and professional development.

Chisom’s can-do, take a plunge, and learn by doing approach is inspiring, and her many achievements are testament to her resilience and courage.
