Your Host

Chanelle Ranae

Baton Rouge, LA, USA

I’m a visionary, emotional alchemist, and creative guide who believes your rhythm is sacred and so is your imagination. I help other visionaries, creators, makers, and feelers come home to themselves through ritual, reflection, and creative play. My whole life is a love letter to softness, curiosity, and reclaiming our power to feel deeply and create freely.

About this FieldTrip

There’s a rhythm that belongs to you, not the world’s pace but your own. And when you honor it, possibility becomes available to you, along with clarity, creativity, and ease.

This field trip is an exploration into your daily creative devotion.

Through the lens of Human Design, you’ll join me as we begin crafting personalized rituals that support the way you are uniquely designed to move, decide, and create. Not what you should do, but what actually nourishes your energy, your body, and your spirit.

Agenda

  • We’ll begin by gathering our energy.

  • Through a simple breath practice, we’ll release the weight and pressure of the day and open our hearts to create something new for ourselves.

  • From there, we’ll explore burnout and rhythm.

  • You’ll reflect on how burnout shows up in your body and your life, and begin to distinguish the difference between external productivity patterns and your inner rhythm.

  • We’ll discover the inspiration that lives inside your Human Design chart.

  • You’ll learn how your strategy and creative archetype can serve as a compass for making decisions in your daily life and creative flow.

  • You’ll receive inspiration and ideas for creating your own rituals.

  • Based on your Human Design, you’ll explore a set of practices that support your unique energy.

  • Through journaling and reflection, you’ll begin shaping a rhythm-based ritual that feels nourishing and real to you.

  • There will be space for reflection, inspiration, and optional sharing.

  • No pressure, just presence.

What to know or bring

  • A journal or notebook you love

  • Your favorite pen or writing tool

  • Optional: a candle, tea, or something grounding for your ritual space

How to make the most of FieldTrips

The FieldTrips experience is defined not only by what the host has to share, but also by how we show up individually and collectively. The way we show up impacts our capacity to be moved, inspired, and activated.

Show up fully

Get ready to be immersed! Engage with smiles, nods, waves, emojis. Share in the chat. Get cozy. Turn off notifications. Sip your favorite beverage.

Stay curious

Wear your beginner’s hat. Go with the flow. Welcome the stumbles and fumbles. Congratulate yourself for trying. Keep going!

Celebrate your host

Our hosts are members of the CreativeMornings community—just like you! Everyone comes to this with different backgrounds—a lot of our hosts have never done anything like this before! And we love that! Cheer them on when something goes awry and when it goes perfectly.

Support each other

We’re all figuring things out in real time. Celebrate, rather than critique emerging ideas. Cheer each other on as you try new things.  Try “Yes! And…” in conversation.

Not vibing?

It’s 100% okay when a FieldTrip does not resonate with you. Pop out quietly and try another experience later. Fill out the survey with your feedback (no dms to host or chat commentary, please.)
