The Crossroads of Should and Must

Must is like being in love. When you Know, you know.

Just because you do something for money doesn't make that work dirty. There is dignity in all work.

She said, "Have you ever thought about looking for your dream in real life?"

Don't just get inspired, actually do something.

If we want to live the fullness of our lives and our potential, we first have to understand why we are not free.

This is to experience something wtih soul in it

S.H.O.U.L.D is how other people want us to show up in the world. S.H.O.U.L.D is all of the expectations that other people layer upon us. When we choose S.H.O.U.L.D the adventure can often be pleasant, it can also often be quite nice; a lot of times around S.H.O.U.L.D there are lots of rewards and incentives; but when we choose S.H.O.U.L.D we’re choosing to live our lives for someone or something other than ourselves

"The reason why we don't show up and we don't work everyday... is because we're busy and we're so so so addicted to being busy. So if you want to find 'must' find 10 minutes. And the question that I would leave you with is, "Where is your space?"

Must is what you believe, what you know to be true, when you are alone with your truest, most authentic self.
