About the speaker
Hi, I’m Jeannette!
I’m an artist at heart.
An author in the morning.
An embodiment guide by day.
A dreamer of new worlds at night.
My work explores how people reconnect with their inner vitality — not by pushing harder, but by creating the conditions in which it can naturally return.
I help people build the capacity to stay in their experience — so clarity, expression and direction can emerge.
I combine nervous system awareness, movement and expression to create spaces where people reconnect with themselves and discover what becomes possible from there.

Additional details
Many people believe that creativity is something they either have — or don’t. Something that requires talent, discipline or a certain identity. But what if nothing is missing?
In this talk, I explore creativity not as a skill, but as a natural expression of life moving through us.
Through my work in embodiment and nervous system awareness, I’ve come to see something simple but powerful: the body does not respond to pressure — it responds to conditions. Through a guided mini-experience and clear insights, I invite you to reconnect with your own inner “ember” — a quiet but persistent source of vitality that never truly disappears.
You’ll leave with a new understanding of creativity, and a practical sense of how to create the conditions in which clarity, expression and direction can naturally emerge.
