About the speaker
Eric Silverstein started The Peached Tortilla ) as a single food truck operation in 2010. The company has since expanded into multiple restaurants and varying operations. Over the past thirteen plus years he has infused his cultural background into the food at Peached, blending the influences of his childhood in Asia and his upbringing in Atlanta. In 2019, he released his cookbook _The Peached Tortilla: Modern Asian Comfort Food from Tokyo to Texas ).
Eric resides in Crestview with his wife, Kristine, and his two children, Niko & Miles.
