About the speaker

Jared Strain is a seasoned brand designer with 20 years of experience. After studying at BYU, he began his career in Seattle at the boutique agency General Public, where he worked on culturally significant packaging projects for Jones Soda, designed snowboards for K2, Ride, Morrow, and Roxy, and developed branding for Hasbro toys. Following General Public’s closure, he joined the renowned Seattle ad agency Wexley School for Girls, art directing campaigns for major brands like Microsoft, House of Blues and Nike.

In 2009, Jared co-founded Super Top Secret upon returning to Utah. Under his leadership, STS gained national and international recognition for work with clients such as Riot Games, Publik Coffee, Ghost, Prime, University of Oregon Football, and Powder Mountain. In September 2024, STS was acquired by Hawke Media, where Jared now leads the brand team on strategic initiatives for both national and international clients.
