Jocelyn is a writer, teacher, and reiki practitioner. She is the host of Hurry Slowly, a podcast about how you can find more calm, comfort, and clarity through the simple act of slowing down. She is also the creator of the RESET course, a cosmic tune-up for your workday, and most recently HI-FI, a new 12-week course about coming back into the body, opening your heart, and bringing your intuitive self online.

Musical Guest: Treya Lam

Treya Lam is a New York bred multi-instrumentalist and songwriter whose cinematic songs and compositions are built on dynamic classically trained piano, ethereal vocals, meditative guitar and lush chamber-folk arrangements. Their debut album Good News was created entirely by womxn - headed by Kaki King who produced and released the record on her label June 2018. Check out their latest music video Wildhearts.
