About the speaker
Ken picked up leathercrafting as a hobby back in 2017, and 7 years later he finds himself running a watch strap business, Delugs, with his wife, Pei Qi. Leading a team of over 30 people, he finds joy in the process of creating - whether that's in crafting a strap, or building an international enterprise. He considers himself extremely lucky to be "working" within his passions, and hopes to help more people discover their ikigai - that which brings value and joy to life.
