Kim Gallagher

Kim Gallagher is the Executive Director of Marketing & Customer Success at Nuuly. She worked to concept and launch the Nuuly rental business in 2019 as well as a peer-to-peer resale business. She currently oversees marketing, creative, analytics, customer service, and strategy. Prior to that, she was Director of Digital Strategy & Advanced Analytics for URBN, working across Urban Outfitters, Free People, and Anthropologie brands. Previously, Kim held a variety of marketing and analytics roles at Anthropologie. Kim has been with URBN, Inc. since joining as an MBA intern in 2011. Before business school, Kim worked at 2 agencies: Harte-Hanks, focused on CRM and digital, and Alta Communications, focused on public relations.

Kim received her BA in American Studies from Georgetown University and her MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She lives in South Philadelphia with her husband and 3 young sons.
