Her signature methodology, STAGES™, translates the rehearsal room's most powerful dynamics (role clarity, truth-timing, and iterative feedback) into an operating system for leadership teams. Her proprietary frameworks, including the Silence Tax™ and Rehearsal Mode™, give teams language for what's actually happening beneath the surface of their meetings and their hesitations.
