Maintaining emotional well-being is huge.
The more we try to make sense of chaos—the more we try to hold on to the things outside of ourselves that we cannot control—the more out of control we become.
You can only avoid pain for so long, you can only numb for so long, until it destroys your life.
These three pillars of wellness, impact and work have been critical to me reclaiming my life, and for me to remain steady when chaos hits.

This is a privilege. This moment is a privilege. You, being here today, is a privilege. And we have to make the most of it.
