Chef and agricultural entrepreneur Luca Dallagiacoma Rossat shares his vision of a future where humans are connected to nature through food

IT: Luca oggi è un imprenditore agricolo, titolare di Tierra Madre, azienda agricola nata dalla consapevolezza di quanto sia importante l’alimentazione per salvaguardare la salute del corpo e il benessere dello spirito. Conosce bene gli ambienti dove si offre il buon cibo, poiché ci è cresciuto dentro. Dopo 15 anni passati nelle cucine di molte località italiane e non solo, ha deciso di ripartire dalla (sua) terra, per coltivare le materie prime che vanno a comporre la nostra prima fonte di energia, ciò che nutre ed alimenta corpo, mente e spirito. Ha così creato un sistema interno aziendale grazie al quale è in grado di occuparsi dell’intera filiera produttiva che porta i suoi semi ai prodotti pronti da gustare.

ENG: Luca is an agricultural entrepreneur and the owner of Tierra Madre, an agricultural company born out of the. awareness of how important food is to maintain a healthy body and spirit. He is well acquainted with environments where good food is offered, because he grew up in them. After spending 15 years in the kitchens of numerous Italian cities and beyond, he decided to start again from the land, his own land, to cultivate the raw materials that make up our primary source of energy: the food that fuels and nourishes body, mind and spirit. He has since created an in-house system through which he is able to take care of the entire production chain, from the seed to the
ready-to-eat end product. All this, however, is only possible thanks to the immense respect that the company holds for nature, which in return donates wholesome, healthy and healthy ingredients, with natural properties that it always seeks to maintain and enhance. In this way, the company puts all its emphasis on quality, allowing it to be its unique and most authentic selling point.

DEU: Luca ist heute landwirtschaftlicher Unternehmer und Besitzer von Tierra Madre, einem Bauernhof, der aus dem Bewusstsein heraus entstanden ist, wie wichtig Lebensmittel für die Gesundheit des Körpers und das Wohlbefinden des Geistes sind. Er kennt die Umgebungen, in denen gutes Essen angeboten wird, sehr gut, da er inmitten ihrer aufgewachsen ist. Nach 15 Jahren, die er in den Küchen vieler Orte in Italien und darüber hinaus verbracht hat, beschloss er, von (seinem) Land
aus neu anzufangen, um die Rohstoffe zu kultivieren, die unsere primäre Energiequelle bilden und Körper, Geist und Seele nähren und stärken. So hat er ein firmeninternes System geschaffen, das es ihm ermöglicht, die gesamte Produktionskette vom Saatgut bis zu den verzehrfertigen Produkten zu betreiben.
