The thing about anxiety that bothers me is that we are not taught how to deal with it.

These coping mechanisms we learn throughout life become our operating system, and it's actually how we end up showing up everywhere in the world.
Anxiety and excitement come from the same place in the brain. It's just the lens through which you're looking at it.
It's not about my limit, it's about opening up a whole new pathway to explore.
Futuring [is] where you create this fake future of failure and then you live into it because the interesting thing is that the pictures you create in your head, your body thinks they're real, no matter what they are, and starts to react to it.
