Shep Roeper

Shep grew up in Hanover, Virginia, and is a proud graduate of Radford University where he studied Outdoor and Therapeutic Recreation. He launched his career in outdoor Inclusive and Accessible recreation out in California before eventually returning to Richmond, where he explored a few different roles before co-founding Beyond Boundaries.
When he’s not working, Shep is all about family time with his wife Kelly, their adventurous 5-year-old son River, and their lively pack of pets- Nyla the black lab, Finn the cat, and Coco the Frenchie. Whether it’s fishing, stand-up paddleboarding, or gardening, the whole family loves spending time outside together!
