When you’re cooking, spices add flavor, depth, and complexity to an otherwise plain culinary dish. Spicy foods interact with receptors in our mouth and can trigger sensations of heat and even pain. Mohammad Joynal Abedin, meglio conosciuto come Abedin, è nato a Dacca, capitale del Bangladesh. Si trasferisce in Europa per intraprendere gli studi in economia ma poi decide di seguire la sua grande passione per la cucina e diventa cuoco. Dopo diverse esperienze nelle cucine di Londra e Roma, nel 2022 apre il suo ristorante nel centro di Bolzano, Tandoori Home food, dove si possono gustare i piatti della cucina tradizionale indiana, sapientemente preparati nello scintillante forno Tandoori al centro della cucina.

Mohammad Joynal Abedin, besser bekannt als Abedin, wurde in Dhaka, der Hauptstadt von Bangladesch, geboren. Er zog nach Europa, um Wirtschaftswissenschaften zu studieren, beschloss dann aber seiner großen Leidenschaft zu folgen und wurde Koch. Nach mehreren Stationen in Küchen in London und Rom eröffnete er 2022 sein eigenes Restaurant im Zentrum von Bozen: Tandoori home food. Dort kann man traditionelle indische Gerichte genießen, die im glänzenden Tandoori-Ofen mitten in der Küche fachmännisch zubereitet werden.

Mohammad Joynal Abedin, better known as Abedin, was born in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. He moved to Europe to study economics but then decided to follow his passion for cooking and became a chef. After various experiences in kitchens in London and Rome, in 2022 he opened his own restaurant in the centre of Bolzano, Tandoori Home Food, serving traditional Indian dishes, skilfully prepared in the Tandoori oven in the centre of the kitchen.
