Ikigai is a word for what you love doing, what serves others, what you are good at and – perhaps most importantly – PAYS you. Naina is going to speak about how Ikigai invites us to be our real selves.

Naina Kaul is a Psychologist who has studied at UCL in London, and worked in Management Consulting at Accenture and Baringa Partners in London. She registered her first business, AbrigoStudio, in 2020. This plays a large part in her own personal Ikigai. Join us for a nuanced, intellectually stimulating talk!

About the speaker

Hi, my name is Naina. I am Danish - and I have Indian roots. I am academic – and I also consider myself creative. I am ambitious – and I also try and do things just because I enjoy doing them. I feel like often, we are told what to be, so that it fits neatly into boxes understood by stakeholders in the outside world. But what about our inner stakeholders? What about the person we are as a whole, which can’t necessarily exist in silos, but rather is a continuum?
This leads me into the topic for this talk: IKIGAI.
