Nicole Higgins currently serves as the Executive Director for Orlando Together, a nonprofit in Orlando dedicated to building advocacy through honest conversations and authentic relationships. Orlando Together began in 2017 to address issues of race through place-based diversity training.

Prior to Orlando Together, she served as the Rally Director for Downtown CREDO, a social benefit corporation committed to improving quality of life through inspiring the pursuit of meaning, impact, and community – and can often be found at one of their name-your-price coffee shops on the lookout for another cup of coffee and good conversation.
