Joshua Washburn has served as the Poulsbo Sons of Norway Viking King and Jarl (Vice President) since 2023. He doesn’t just dress like a Viking for events—he lives the belief system, honoring the Norse gods and the old ways. Joshua is passionate about celebrating and teaching others the myths, legends, and traditions of Norse culture, and he loves engaging with the public at every event the Vikings host or are invited to.

Brennan Webster comes from “the land of the ice and snow,” carrying a deep connection to his Nordic roots. He credits his instincts, heritage, and the strength of his ancestors for helping him thrive in the modern world. Through his time and support with the Poulsbo Sons of Norway, Brennan is committed to keeping his family’s legacy alive—and passing that torch to his children. He’ll tell you he’s got many layers, but one thing is certain: he’s Nordic to the core.
