Rich Magale is a social innovator, youth advocate, and BIG dreamer. He's the founder of Dreams & Ducats - a community-based youth development nonprofit organization that creates space and learning experiences that help young people elevate consciousness and live well through the creative arts.

A native San Diegan, he's a culture champion and basketball snob. When he's not building dope programming, he's out exploring outdoorsy tings and hanging out with family and friends.
