In the midst of the stress, overwhelm, and emotional strife of COVID-19, I find myself asking the big questions: What the hell am I doing with my life? What’s my deeper purpose? How might I be of service while staying safe? What’s the world going to look like after this and where do I fit? And yet it’s a quagmire. The more I think about these questions (let alone answering them), the more stressed-out and overwhelmed I feel. Damned if I do, damned if I don’t. Perhaps you’ve experienced your own version?
