Patrik Rolf is the founder and CEO of April - a contemporary coffee roastery based in Copenhagen with an uncompromising approach to sustainability and quality. Originally from Sweden, Rolf moved to Denmark after years of traveling as a consultant. In 2019, he won the title as runner-up of the World Brewers Cup, and has also competed in Sweden and London. He has a passion for philosophy, and dreams about one day working with furniture design.
