Rashaad Graham and Brandon Steppe represent The David’s Harp Foundation, a group of artists who are transformative forces in the lives of Opportunity Youth in their hometown of San Diego, California. Mentoring youth though music and multimedia production inside juvenile detention facilities, DHF provides youth experiencing incarceration music production training and genuine creative community.

Rashaad and Brandon have seen DHF grow from a garage in Southeast San Diego, to a state-of-the-art studio facility located in Downtown San Diego’s East Village neighborhood where every day they witness young people successfully navigate systems, build creative content businesses, and THRIVE!
