Rhonda Taylor speaks on Ethos

As individuals we are a community of people within ourselves. At any given moment in time in our daily lives we find ourselves wearing many hats, sometimes switching at a moments notice. As we wear our many hats and move about our day, our week, our life we are guided by our own moral compass, our values, our beliefs…our Ethos – the things that distinguish us from others. Join Rhonda as she explores the theme of Ethos from the perspective of our “hats” and how creativity comes into play.

About the speaker

I have worked and volunteered in the not-for-profit sector for the last 20 years. The focus of my work has been in the areas of: literacy, food security, violence against women, truth and reconciliation and now career development. I do my work in relationship and partnership with individuals, organizations and communities in an effort to support those whose living experiences include oppression, trauma and racism. The lens through which I do my work is based in social justice and I believe in meeting people where they are at and empowering them to become their own advocates and champions.
