Purpose is not found in a menu of choices. It does not reside in the outside world but it will be expressed there.
Purpose can be a confounding, evolving, allusive concept. In one form or another, we are all seekers. In this session we’ll talk about the root of our purpose and how it’s often offered to us. I’ll share with you my twenty-year desert experience, what I learned and how the learnings we are all offered work like navigational aids to our why - our purpose.
About the speaker
Richard is an author, speaker and coach. He identifies strongly with those feeling stuck between where they are and where they want to be. Having struggled through a twenty-year career desert experience and five unplanned transitions, he has lived with the uncertainty and confusion that comes with a lack of direction, both personally and through the lives of those he has served.
