About the speaker
Roos Groothuizen (1992, Netherlands) is a multimedia artist with roots in graphic design. Currently studying design at the Sandberg Institute, she is interested in visual information filters like human perception, subjective writing, types of (self)censorship and online information filters, and the way they alter and manipulate our world perspective. How much does leaving out information cause someone's perspective to change and whose responsibility is this? Roos focuses on finding ways to turn these types of filters into something versatile and understandable.
