Ryan Peters swaps city streets for wild landscapes, photographing the big predators we rarely get to see. From snow leopards to jungle cats, discover how his work blends storytelling and a softer look at the natural world.

Ryan Peters began his career photographing famous faces, but his path shifted when he found himself face-to-face with the wild. Now a National Geographic photographer focused on conservation, Ryan travels to remote landscapes to document big cats and the ecosystems that help them thrive. In this talk, he shares stories from the Himalayas, Mongolia, Malaysia and beyond, and reminds us that humans adapt quickly while predators are losing the space they depend on. A quiet reminder to protect what remains.
