About the speaker

An independent illustrator based in sunny Waikīkī, Solario draws inspiration from the tropical locale and the charm of 20th-century design. His illustrations celebrate the cultural, natural, historical, and architectural aspects of life in the islands. Through his art, he hopes to transport you to the Hawai‘i of yesteryear, evoking warm tropical vibes and the feeling of endless sunshine.
