Tradition makes you not know, it keeps you silent. But once you know you then need to pass that on, and you need to goddamn do something.
Invest in people, and they'll invest in you right back.
You don't have to look like you have it all together any of the time.
If you're not fearful at all — you're too arrogant with your own idea.
