Creative industries are often challenging. Drawing from personal experience, research, and observations, Stephen identifies gaps in the processes, knowledge, and reflection techniques in the workplace which limit the level of support companies can offer—then takes it a step further.

Working with creatives and innovators, Stephen has ideated ways to remove the stigma of mental health in the workplace and communicate more vulnerably. At CreativeMornings Berlin, he will share the results of his research for the very first time.

About the speaker

Stephen Whyte is an Irish born Senior Strategist and Service Designer who is curious about human behaviour. During his experience working in startups, SME’s, advertising agencies and innovation consultancies across Europe, he began to question the status quo of his surroundings and has personally learned the importance of vulnerable communication. He believes now is the time for clearer and more open conversations on mental wellness within the creative industries.
