Svandís Benediktsdóttir

Svandis worked as a Gender Equality Advisor at NTNU - Norwegian University of Science and Technology for 20 years. Academia is based on dyed-in-the-wool traditions and refuses any changes unless they’re needed. Svandis has many stories to share about how she dealt with authority, leadership and patriarchal structure and how she used creativity to attain equality .
